Cancellation: In case of sickness or other matters all monies, including your deposit, will be refunded in full up to the day of departure.
Travel Insurance: Medical travel insurance for travelers outside of Canada is not included on your tour, make sure you have the proper travel medical insurance. See Travel Agents, Co-Op or Blue Cross.
Baggage: Baggage handling is included on all motorcoach tours, each passenger is allowed one suitcase, not more than 62 in. circumference and weighing not more than 50 lbs and one carry-on case, not more than 21.5 in, that you must carry with you.
Transportation: All highway tours, by modern comfortable motor coaches, with reclining seats, VCR and on-board washroom. Air transportation via Air Canada and/or Westjet Airlines.
Responsibility: Pete Roy Tours / RMJL Enterprises Ltd., reserves the right to make any changes necessary on any tour. Pete Roy Tours and RMJL Enterprises Ltd., act only as an agent for the passengerís, providing transportation, accommodations, admission, meals and other services, therefore shall not be liable or responsible in any way, in connection with the loss, damage, delay or accident due to any default on the the company providing transportation or any services on all tours.
Conditions: Attention all passengers  Anyone participating on Pete Roy Tours or RMJL Enterprises Ltd., escorted tour to the United States of America or Europe must have a valid passport. This applies to the USA starting in 2009.   Pete Roy Tours or RMJL Enterprises Ltd., will assume no responsibility for any individual or individuals, who cannot provide this documentation and is refused entry into United States of America for any other reason. The individual(s), will have to find and pay their own transportation back home.
Departures: Halifax, Dartmouth, Truro, Charlottetown, Summerside, Aulac, Moncton, Miramichi, Saint John,  Fredericton,  and along the way.  (Check our Home page for the current pickup locations)
Payment: Payment can be made via MasterCard, VISA, cheque, cheques, cash, bank draft or postal money order.  A deposit for each person will reserve a seat on a tour package for you.  A deposit of $100 is required as payment have your seat on the tour reserved.  Final payment must be made not later than 45 days before tour depature date.
